The bureau pointed out that it is still investigating the cause of the fire and will provide additional updates as they become available.,Earlier in the day, the city of Boulder announced that Boulder City Fire Department personnel arrived at the Hoover Dam in the US state of Nevada amid a reported explosion and fire there. The city later said via social media that the fire had been extinguished before the Boulder City Fire Department arrived at the scene.,The Hoover Dam is in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the states of Nevada and Arizona. The dam’s generators provide power for public and private utilities in Nevada, Arizona, and California.。
