三 | 据介绍，第二十三届八大处中国园林茶文化节暨宁德（柘荣高山白茶、寿宁乌茶）文化周于4月30日-5月5日在八大处公园举行。本届茶文化节与“国家森林城市”、全国重要产茶区、著名茶叶之乡福建省宁德市携手，以“喝好茶 到闽东”“到西山八大处 品闽东好茶”为主题，以文艺演出、斗茶大会、茶文化及地方产品展销会、高山茶知识讲座、茶艺表演、青年节诗会等多种形式，大力宣传和推介柘荣高山白茶和寿宁乌茶以及闽东地区特色的民俗、非遗文化，为广大游客提供五一假期出行的好选择。
四 | 好山好水出好茶，一芽一叶吐芳华。柘荣县人大常委会主任、柘荣县茶产业发展领导小组组长陈龙营介绍，柘荣是茶圣陆羽《茶经》中记载中的白茶山的核心产区、中心地带，“高海拔、低纬度、多云雾、富锌硒、无污染”的独特环境滋养了7万多亩高山茶园，沉淀出独有的高山韵味。2021年“柘荣高山白茶”获批国家地理标志证明商标。寿宁县人大常委会主任简树铃介绍，寿宁县茶园面积17.67万亩，有“中国名茶之乡”、“全国重点茶县域”、“世界长寿乡”等称号。其中寿宁金牡丹红茶（寿宁乌茶）是全国“名特优新”农产品“云生雾养”的自然馈赠，因独特的地理条件，孕育了寿宁乌茶“香高、味醇、形美、耐泡”的优异品质，更是“红骨岩韵”的匠心打造。 宁德市非遗文化的代表柘荣提线木偶亮相发布会现场，为大家带来茶艺展示，向首都人民送上节日祝福，并诚邀大家走进宁德、走进柘荣、走进寿宁，感受闽东地区原汁原味的茶文化、民间艺术和民风民俗。 八大处公园管理处党组书记、主任王浩介绍，本届茶文化节在玩法上全新升级，活动不仅聚焦于爱茶人士，还着眼于年轻群众，将茶文化与民俗、传统文化相融。
